Bookings

Booking Process: To book a meeting slot, users must adhere to the booking process provided on our platform. The booking will be confirmed based on the availability of time slots.

Confirmation and Cancellations: A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Any cancellation or modification of bookings must be made within the specified time frame mentioned in the confirmation email. Failure to adhere to this may result in applicable charges.

Use of Services

Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from using the meeting booking platform for any unlawful purpose or activity or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity.

Information Accuracy: Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process. Any discrepancies or incorrect information provided may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Indemnification: By using our meeting booking services, users agree to indemnify and hold Virtue Analytics harmless from any demands, losses, liabilities, claims, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the user’s use of the platform or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
